Pros

Friendly colleagues and supportive managers (in my experience), paid holidays and worthwhile PTO, room for transfers/promotions, relatively clear direction and training opportunities

Cons

Some branches are inconsistent with others in procedure, staffing/coverage issues, equipment is dated

AmeriCU is a culture-rich organization that takes care of their employees, providing competitive pay, generous vacation time and benefits as well as work/life balance. Employees are valued and provided with opportunities for continual learning and advancement. It's a strong team environment where all are welcome to contribute and grow forward with the company!

Cons

I have not seen a downside to employment here at AmeriCU. It's all been positive. We are based in Central New York but do offer flexible, hybrid and remote options.
