Business Outlook
Pros
Benefits are great, and they are quick to send you to places that would better educate you and make you more marketable. Great mindset about holding onto talent that makes back office retention extremely low. Small number of employees gives individuals within the company more agency, which is awesome. Tight-knit in the back office which makes doing your job (in my opinion of course) much more fluid.
Cons
Resource allocation could be better. Involve more lower tiered employees to the discussion in regards to big process changes. Low turnover, so progression is an obstacle for younger individuals.
