Poor benefits Poor pay Poor management from CIO down If you dont like working after yo uget home for several hours into the night (10p-12a) range dont bother.

Some People were nice Some management understood their role and place in the structure

Cons

Poor leadership from CIO Micro Management from CIO Lack of direction from management If you do something wrong with their lack of guidance its all on you, and you basically get told tough cookies. They may tell you work your 8 and go home but its a lie. They expect you to be available until at least 10pm nightly without question. Youre not asked or trained on anything regarding the systems, but youre voluntold alot!

Pros

Benefits are great, and they are quick to send you to places that would better educate you and make you more marketable. Great mindset about holding onto talent that makes back office retention extremely low. Small number of employees gives individuals within the company more agency, which is awesome. Tight-knit in the back office which makes doing your job (in my opinion of course) much more fluid.

Cons

Resource allocation could be better. Involve more lower tiered employees to the discussion in regards to big process changes. Low turnover, so progression is an obstacle for younger individuals.
