Pros

The people at AmeriCU are great. Very friendly environment. There is open communication and the senior leadership stands by what they say. Lots of paid holidays as well. Growth opportunities.

Great benefits, positive culture and the tone at the top supports a work life balance.

Cons

We are growing and with that comes growing pains. Overall though, I don't have any cons. I truly enjoy what I do and working here.

Pros

Decent Benefits Package Several Branches including Headquarters gives opportunities for moving to other positions There are some managers who are really great-need more of those.

Cons

Cliches and favoritism are common. Many Arrogant micromanagers. If you aren't in management you are not heard. Hiring for many management positions is from outside the area-no ties to the AmeriCU Communities that are served Remote opportunities can be different based on work done and employee's manager
