Good culture, Very informative and good pay with benefits.

Cons

Half of the year you are expected to work overtime and understaffed during whats called "welcome season" . Not just expected too but it's written in the handbook that you will be fired if you refuse to work overtime. You will only get ahead in the company if you can suck up to the heads of the Dept who have been with the company since the start and there is never any chance to advance with new and fresh ideas. This company is running it's hourly employees into the ground with little pay and far too much work on their plates. Manager was always missing in action.

You can pay some of your bills and we are still working from home.

Cons

Half of the year you are expected to work overtime and understaffed during whats called "welcome season" . Not just expected too but it's written in the handbook that you will be fired if you refuse to work overtime. You will only get ahead in the company if you can suck up to the heads of the Dept who have been with the company since the start and there is never any chance to advance with new and fresh ideas. This company is running it's hourly employees into the ground with little pay and far too much work on their plates. PSR dept is a great example of just that. They fire people left and right also people start with the training then realize all the work they most take on and quit.
