Fast Paced, Challenging Work with Great People

The environment is very faced paced in a great way. It challenges me each day and I rarely get bored which is exactly what I want! Because I am always challenged I have grown both personally and professionally over the past years and look forward to continued development. If you work hard, the company notices and will move you forward. They hire from within whenever they can. They also do lots of fun events for employees!

Cons

Just work to keep all departments in alignment but its a work in progress.

Each job at Ameriflex is important and you can tell. The goal we are all working toward feels more meaningful than any other job I've had. Flexible work environment, casual dress code. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Cons

Training is still being developed.
