Flexible shift scheduling, decent tips,

Management is disorganized and treats employees poorly. Shift hours are extremely long. Hours per employee are too low due to over staffing

Pros

The only pro that this company has is the tips that you receive. Although it’s pooled, the average comes out pretty good per person.

Cons

The management at this company is horrible. They are very incompetent and don’t know how to do their job. They don’t have any consideration for employees and try to get away with not paying over time hours.

Flexible hours and that's about it

Cons

Managers are lazy & expect everyone to do work for them. Have messed up paychecks 4 times in the past 6 months (and then taken money back that was not theirs). Are very disorganized. Treat their employees like crap and then wonder why no one stays more than 6 months.
