Job was great for 5 years until Ameripark took over. Idiotically demanded faster productivity, less employee hours and less accidents. You can’t drive a car faster and be more safe at the same time. You can’t demand more from less people and less time, while being safe. Then they changed our tipping system to make everyone share all tips made over a weekly period, so even slackers got an equal share. This killed employee morale and they were known as “Commu-park”from then on. They ruined a great job for young people in just a few months. Not a single of the 40+ employees were left after a year or two. 100% employee turnover rate. Absolute joke of management, it was like a politicians telling soldiers how to fight a war.
