There are absolutely no pros in working at this company, I would not recommend it to anyone this job is and absolute joke
Cons
You have to work outside in the pouring raining even when there in lighting all around you very unsafe work environment, you will never be able to get a weekend off, the pay is horrible only $4 an hour and the tips are getting worst every week, no consistency in how many hour you’ll get a week.
