Pros

Very easy work load for the money. Works great as a part-time job while in college. While definitely not a career, working good locations and shifts can easily net a pay on par with some entry level full time jobs.

Cons

Upper management is terrible, the company seems like it doesn't care for their valets. Also very shady in the fact that money is the only thing the company cares about, despite the fact that customer service is a huge part of their mission statement.

Tips vary but are weekly so it helps with quick payments. Tips are distributed evenly amongst week day and weekend valets.

Cons

Job can be extremely strenuous when understaffed.
