      Challenging Start, But the Support Made All the Difference

      When I came into Amerit as a new GM, I took over a tough account with a lot of moving parts and real challenges. But from day one, I had the support I needed to start turning things around. What stood out most was how hands-on and responsive the leadership team is—I never felt like I was on an island. Whether it was help with staffing, navigating client expectations, or just day-to-day questions, someone was always ready to jump in and support. Now, just a few months in, the account is in a great place, the team is clicking, and we’re building something strong. It’s not always easy—but if you’re willing to put in the work, Amerit gives you the tools, support, and trust to succeed. Proud to be part of this team.
