Pros

The vast majority of people that work below from a supervisor position down are great people! There are people that genuinely care about you. But once you hit a certain point of growth in the company, that's where that ends.

Cons

Don't expect support from any upper managers in terms of further growth/support. Be ready to advocate for yourself because once you're a supervisor, your manager won't have your back even when there's no reason for them not to. HR is a joke. You can't go to them for any help or guidance because they only gaslight you while they work with your manager/director on their agenda to get you out the door.
