      Helpful and friendly staff. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Pay raises did not happen when they should (ie promotions), some PM's have a major power trip and can be quite disrespectful at times.

      Mixed feelings, mostly a bad experience.

      Pros

      The company is a small family owned DoD contract outfit. The corporate entity is excellent, despite the nepotism, they have their priorities straight and make you feel valued.

      Cons

      The contract managers and middle management off-site, primarily the PMs and some supervisors are complete buffoons and power-trip tyrants. They cannot handle a team of one. They do not value you as a contributor, you're just there to fill a billet and fulfill the contract requirements for the company. They'll even go so far as to hire unqualified personnel just to hold a contract. I couldn't work for an entire year in that environment and seeked employment elsewhere. If you're a corporate position this is probably a great place for you. If you're a technical professional assigned to a DoD contract, I'd recommend you keep looking elsewhere.
