      Pros

      AMEWAS has been a GREAT company to work for. Even with their continued growth, they have not lost that "small company" feel and encourage an open door policy for all employees.

      They believe in promoting from within. Everyone is really friendly. This company takes care of their employees. Best place I've ever worked.
