Intelligent co-workers, generous benefits and time off, work-life balance, abundant employee resources, heavily DI&B + ESG focused, a mature company with decades spent perfecting processes.

Cons

Salary doesn’t compete with startups willing to pay top tier for good talent (at least for sub-management positions), large organization where there’s pockets of problematic management despite being good overall
