Good place to work, lots of change happening and future is unclear.
Pros
The people who work there are great and the work is rewarding. The team environment is good and the teams were great to manage. The benefits are great and during the years I was there I had many opportunities to do different things and explore multiple roles. Up until early 2014 I would have rated the company 5 stars.
Cons
The company is undergoing significant changes and it is a difficult time to be in R&D, as the budget cutting is significant, particularly on the earlier (research, pre-phase 2) programs. In the last year that I was at the company there was a significant amount of change and it is not clear when that will settle down. With the restructuring and layoffs in the last few months there is a lot of negative energy at the company.
