- Possibilities to learn - Pay Ok - Great company and great bosses globally - Good products.

Cons

- Local area bosses from Finland seem to act as colonial masters, while knowing little from local enviroment and knowing everything, what is wrong. - All your wins are because of the benefit of your local area managers, all your losses are because of you.
