Excellent life-work balance (can select several options for schedule) Good training programs Real concern about employee's satisfaction level Very friendly, open environment to work in. They have the luxury of choosing the best candidates. And don't think twice about firing those who perform below expectation to make room for better employees.
Cons
Work is often specialized, so exposure to other fields is often limited, which might cause boredom in some (but perfect for those preferring stable jobs) They have little patience for people perceived as not being team-players (eg grumpy, critical people), which makes the company different from the real world
