Too many ignorant managers that do not have sufficient knowledge and background on how processes work, especially in the biopharmaceutical industry. Does not value add to the team. Unprofessional managers badmouthing employees publicly and spreading groundless rumours. Some even accuse employees first without taking time to investigate properly. Very rude and unprofessional. Thus resulting in a negative and toxic environment.
