Pros
some of the pros are free gym, available recreation activities and competitive benefits. Senior managements seem to know what they are doing. The campus is very nice looking.
Cons
Though the company is well known in the industry. If you are interesting in applying there, make sure you apply to the right group/department. Not all groups are created equal. Some groups promoted their people faster than other groups. Some managers want you to give your dues (i.e., 5 years or more) before you are being considered for a title change. R&D and business units have different grade levels and scales.
