      Good place to work, frustrating leadership

      The work life balance is good, great compensation/benefits

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with how the actual work is done and frequently makes decisions without having the knowledge or experience to back them up. Management promotions are extremely political so they do not hold each other accountable
