After restructure, and new upper management, they are looking for outside candidates making it very difficult to grow within the company. Alot of reps are left in limbo. Now while in limbo, certain metrics need to be hit, and that is very difficult with the new systems in place as targets are constantly changing within the quarter. Too much variance leads to a disruption in customer continuity.
