Another challenge is the lack of structured career progression and skill development. Frequent role changes without proper planning can make employees feel disconnected from their original career path and uncertain about their future within the organization. Over time, this creates stress, lowers motivation and makes it difficult for employees to build a strong professional identity or gain confidence in their long-term growth prospects.
