Pros
Good pay for students. Good people. You can make many good friends here and form lifelong friendships with co-workers. It is a nice community to be apart of.
Cons
There was a management change at the end of my career at Amica and in my experience and it was not for the better. The new management looked at employees as numbers and not people. They promised many things that never resulted in anything. Became unflexible for student schedules (used to be extremely flexible).
