      Customer centric. Good Management. Work Life balance. Good Working culture.

      Cons

      None that I have seen so far as there are minor challenges in whatever you do but as long as you can find a way out that gives you an edge.

      Pros

      I have been with Amica 36 years and have considered Amica and my co-workers part of my family. While no company is perfect Amica does care about it's workers and that is something important.

      Cons

      A lot of changes to business model which is good and bad.

      Pros

      We're actively encouraged to say "yes"(by every level of management from your Team Lead all the way up to the CEO) to the customer wherever we can possibly justify it within the limits of the policies we sell.

      Cons

      With that being said, this is insurance and a call center. Days can get tedious and downright aggravating if you don't have a real talent for customer service and de-escalation.
