      Pros

      Low turnover with employees, I have been with the company 15+ years, Stability, positive culture, very diverse, generous time off, lots of support, promotion raises are outstanding but only every 2 years and outstanding benefits

      Cons

      Rotation of managers, they move around too much, no full remote option for branch employees, raises are minimal at best and you can stall in your advancement quick.
