      Amazing foundation building needs some work

      Great training for management trainees. This company molds you into an excellent manager if you are willing to do the work The people here are sincere and truly want to see you succeed internally especially once you are “chosen” Stable and Honest Great relocation benefits

      Cons

      Very political-not only do you have to work hard you need to learn how to play the human chess game. Depending on how u view it this may be a pro Low pay Recycled knowledge and insight- promote from within is good but it can breed stale thoughts, mindsets, and ideas
