Pros
Upbeat managers, no office drama, liked every boss I had, compensated well. The company truly cares about employees and gets that a happy employee makes for great sales and an overall happy company. Lots of paid time off. Lots of parties and celebrations during working hours. Company matches not only 401K but also to your favorite charities. Executives just as reachable and approachable as your direct manager is. Training is second to none.
Cons
May have to start out on 2nd shift depending on which office you work in.
