      Excellent benefits, conservative corporate culture, emphasis on customer service that is actually supported by policy and intent. Positive work environment with opportunities to advance.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be a challenge with the workload committed to in IT.

      Pros

      Company invests in continuing education. If you do you job and meet their marks they pretty much leave you alone. They do annual promotions which are ok. Coworkers are really nice people. Great benefits/health care.

      Cons

      Power hungry management likes to flex their arm and be manipulative. Not a lot of room for growth unless you move. Compensation is ok, no residuals.

      Pros

      Amica has a great company culture. Most people have spent the majority of their careers at Amica which really says something about the type of community it is. Everyone is willing to help you with whatever you need. There is also a big emphasis on continuing to learn and grow as an employee and Amica provides the resources to help accomplish that. It is an overall great place to be with great people to work with.

      Cons

      Since a lot of people have spent most of their careers at Amica that can sometimes limit the innovative and new ideas that come into the company.
