Slow(or non existent) to promote within. Employee favoritism is prevalent. Coworkers tend to act like they are in high school, very unprofessional. Management is lacking.

Beware...this is a very micro-managed environment. People who voice complaints about the direction or performance of mgmt do not last. Absolutely no open complaining of any type allowed even if it is legitimate. There is no chance of moving up in the company unless you are willing to be transferred to a different state when called to do so.
