      This company provides a decent salary.

      Cons

      the company is run extremely old-school. The communication in the CIS department is lacking and they still act like we're years in the past. They have a disregard for employees personal wellbeing and goals.

      Amica is a good place to start a carrier in insurance, but for reps there is little chance for advancement.

      Good environment, supportive management and decent benefits

      Cons

      They pay their employees well under the industry standard. You are also looking at years before any chance at a promotion unless you are in management.
