It was the fexibility, but now...

Cons

Company totes flexibility as a benefit, but instead implements new time tracking system that will alert management if late by 1 minute. Completely unrealistic....held open door this morning for fellow employees, causing me to be 1 minute late. With new system this will alert my manager and impact performance reviews....guess next time I'll have to close the door in their face, disappointing as I joined the company because of the flexibility.

With our new timekeeping system, all non-exempt employees will punch in and out at the beginning and end of each workday, ensuring we pay them for all work performed. Good benefits: medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, paid training and education, matching 401K, pension, all expenses paid retirement banquet w/guest in Rhode Island

Cons

Stressful job answering constant customer calls. Requires excellent work load management and requires overtime to keep up with large work load.
