The company's mission is great and the majority of the people here are hard working individuals.

Cons

Upper Management seems to be all over the place. For some time there were about 12 VPs and it seemed like the company was divided. Not many opportunities for growth. The opportunities you get are based off of who you know or favoritism.

TOO DAMN TOP HEAVY!!!!!! Great people (not in managerial / executive positions) work hard for your company treat them better!!!!! The turn over will hurt growth of your company not how many providers or members you keep/enroll.
