Pros
- Work daily with some of the smartest people in the business. - Enormous amount of flexibility--it's very easy to take time to travel and work remotely. This also includes an unlimited vacation policy that is very well managed. - Large number of projects for a small technical team means working on many different technologies with different types of clients.
Cons
- The small team size can lead to a lot of late nights and weekend work if projects fall behind. - No feedback or review frameworks means it can be hard to monitor performance and expectations.
