Pros

Hardworking staff who are not the kind of people who work for money only. The university is said to be one of the leading non-profit private universities. The university has campuses all over the world and has embraced technology to cater to their students needs

Cons

The management bargains very hard while the organisational culture and faculty is excessively into spirituality. Comparitive to other universities of the region,when i took over the job i found that their lab infrastructure was average
