It pays competitive salary package among semiconductor industry in Malaysia. Led by has visionary top management to propel the company. Company does not control coffee breaks for destress and social engagement among employees.

Cons

Communication breakdown at middle management. Vision by top management is not coordinated to lower management and execution level. Managers are still in the phase as the plant is still owned by old shareholder. Does not up to date in terms of manufacturing technologies and solutions. No alignment between each department.

Good salary,great benefits. Aircon shuttle, great healthcare insurance.

Cons

All work.No Christmas party and Summer outing very boring for Filipinos.Low meal allowance. Low salary increase. Some even stagnant.
