      Pros

      1) Clear business strategies and direction. 2) Big exposure and big opportunity to learn from Corporate team. 3) Great co-worker, very supportive.

      Cons

      1) Stubborn Local Middle management, don't listen to executive level feedback. 2) Fishy appointment for some Management level candidate, not helpful towards department objective. Some are Bias. 3) A lot of cost down project. Employee benefit directly deducted from Customer compensation claim without looking at the total revenue.
