      Pros

      Solid packaging technology, outstanding overseas staff executing the complex mutli-layered requirements of a broad, demanding customer base.

      Cons

      Amkor is an off-shore company that does not avail itself to the advantages found in placing tactical day-to-day administrative requirements with an off-shore team in order to free the Sales/Program Management staff of the tasks/time that take away from customer focused time.

      Pros

      Excellent Benefits, the best i have had so far in my 21 years career experience. Their Health Insurance is unique!, Company is huge (employees World Wide) brings in a lot of expats to the Tempe office. Training is provided for everything, Management knows what they are doing and what direction to go. CEO has a defined strategy to continue with positive cash flow.

      Cons

      Needs to improve some of their processes, some are outdated. It is surprising to see that a technology company has outdated processes and software.
