      Pros

      Flexible work hours but extended due to conference calls with overseas factories. Travel can be >50% depending on your customer.

      Can be lots of daily emails to handle.

      Pros

      Good people and technology. Large package portfolio and diverse manufacturing foot print. The majority of the employees work hard and are supportive.

      Cons

      CEO has no vision, communication or leadership skills and a total disregards for the employees and customers. His actions have alienated the employees and customers. Many long time customers have redirected all or large portions of their business. The CEO has attempted to restructure the company as a product company bringing in management teams that have no or very little manufacturing or packaging experience.
