offers a VERY challenging environment.

Cons

12 working hours a day, 6x a week. the semi-annual compensation review has become once a year since the american president has left. no return on company income. abusive management, with work on holidays (christmas, new year, holy weeks) no life at all, very stressfull environment. All employees on the production are overworked.

-except that some benefits are being reduced since Jerry Agnes took over. -executives are more concerned to outputs than the ones who are producing it. They are very political cause they're too much concerned with their own positions. too much pressure on lower levels. even if the people are sick they will push them to go to work. even if you have worked 6days overtime and done all your best they won't recognize you unless you commit a mistake. they won't allow you to have vacation leaves.
