Salary progression is virtually inexistent after 3 years Outdated equipment dificults most of our work - we are stuck "tending to fires" rather than doing our engineering job Great gap between high management's expectactions and perceptions vs what really happens Does not address manufacturing team (operators) respectfully most times Nepotism
