      Great Place to Work - Mostly

      Pros

      Respected owner (even though he rarely is around), beautiful new office building, generous employee benefits (healthcare, dental, vision, matching 401-K, disability, life insurance, etc.), above average pay, great co-workers.

      Cons

      Some members of senior management are truly great bosses, some rule by inducing fear in their subordinates and show favoritism towards others, no career mapping support for employees.

      Pros

      To some degree you got to help call the shots within parts of the environment.

      Cons

      Review processes were pretty unstructured. Not sure what the point of it when everyone has an annual review at the same time w/o post direction. Since its in the semiconductor when the smartphone/technology industry suffers. the employees suffer. Work-life balance was terrible and the worst I've ever had to endure in all my years of on-call. the IT department was incredibly lean for the amount of employees which were serviced which caused the work-life balance issues.
