      Pros

      People are extremely nice and kind. Willing to help and answer any questions you may have! Management is reachable and nice. Hybrid work

      Cons

      Too many control. At time, it feels like you're being treated like a kid. You need permission this and explanation that for almost ALL the stuff you do and touches. The level of stress, expectations, & frustration not worth the pay. No 401k matching. Not much opportunity for growth and advancement.

      There is a culture of both fast paced innovation and respect for individual workers, compensation is fair with good benefits. Have largely enjoyed working with my colleagues

      May push toward after hours meetings (which it’s worth adding is common place in the industry)
