      Great place to work at.

      Pros

      You get to learn a lot (management), If starting new things excites you, then this might be a great place to work at.

      Cons

      Technically since the company is new seniors are also new, you might not get the guidance, and sometimes you'll have to come up with things on your own.

      Technically strong and nice people to work with! Dynamic work pace and an open mindset to innovation.

      Cons

      Pay is probably a bit on the lower side.
