      Pros

      Management cares about employees greatly. A great working place, very friendly and inclusive Working on industrial leading, exciting new technologies. Top managements have great vision and are industry veterans.

      Cons

      This is a start up, which means to work out of the comfort zone and pick up things on the fly. (Which is very exciting)

      Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Collaborative workplace with opportunities to innovate and contribute on meaningful projects. My favorite aspects of working at Ampere is how intellectually engaged I am each day, and how we work together to solve novel problems.

      Cons

      Our work is fast-paced and requires a lot of cross-functional collaboration amongst many teams. I personally really like this aspect of the the work environment, but also know engineers who who prefer to work in isolation.

      I found so many wonderful things here: -Many friendly people around -Good pay and benefits -Learned so much in first 6 months because we sharing here.

      -Some personalities are challenging to work with -Also not everyone contribute equally
