      Fantastic work culture

      Pros

      Quite a few industry veterans with decades of experience to learn from. Everyone is very friendly. When something bad happens, management focuses on mitigation, not assigning blame. All the managers have significant work experience and know what they're doing, and most are still actively working rather than managing full-time. There's far more work to be done than there are people to do it, so there's always interesting meaningful stuff to work on.

      Cons

      There's far more work to be done than there are people to do it, so nice-to-haves just don't happen. We build up tech debt. The company is still in its infancy, so there's probably lower job security than established companies like Google, and the company policies are probably less stable.

      Lots of opportunity to interesting work

      Pros

      Since it's still a startup there is a lot of opportunity to take on new challenges, whether it be new features to be verified or inventing a better process and sharing that with the rest of the company. Not only is the work more interesting, but personally I've learned a LOT more in my few years here than at my previous company. I'm so glad I took the leap to join, and I would strongly encourage others to do so too.

      My only complaint is that we haven't gone public yet

      Open and challenging/fun working environment!

      Pros

      It's quite open and challenging/fun working environment. There is culture positive feedback to help engineer can develop career path with manager based on opening discussion too. Great place to work about design and verification/validation on Arm Server overall.

      Cons

      No. Maybe quite challenging since working at latest tech.
