Pros

they will tell many pros but after joining you will know the reality. how ever they give most of the work to CW emp. even if they hire you think twice for what reason you joining ampere.

Cons

- Micro management at all level below managers. which will not let you breath. - favoritism of employee even employee is not competent. - many of them take long time in months/years to complete simple task but some will be ask to give solution immediately - your work will not be Recognized doesn't matter how good you are.. - Management people can make decision, the day you will assigned task and another day you will see same goes to another employee or CW. - after joining this company you wont understand * what is your KRA ? * why you have hired?longer you might get frustrated and left it. * you will be get frustrated soon and might get depressed & left. - never seen such stupid management in engineering field. - in simple word to describe a company is seems everyone is having sense of fear to loss the job. so what they do is what their capabilities & what they have learned so far. - no growth in skills & money.. total waste of time. imp don't trust them in terms of RSUs, the company itself in not public so they can't give.

- Look up Veloce, the acquired physical design/ custom layout/ DFT team had a solid history of execution. - Challenge your best thinking every day with collaborative efforts. I enjoyed working with RTL team/ power team / design team across time zones. - Junior engineers are empowered to be leaders, I have seen them blossom and I am amazed. - IVF benefits.

Cons
