      Company views & goals are very clearly. Wonderful working environment and atmosphere here. Lot of experts that can help you to grow your career path. Always uses the newest technology, hence lot of challenges but also more fun. At Ampere, You can balance work & life well.

      Huge projects that using the newest architecture and technology nodes, so lot of challenges here. You should improve yourself day by day.

      - A lot of challenging projects for employee to improve skill and knowledge in IC design field - Worked on the advanced tech node in semiconductor industry - Worked with a lot of talent engineers from other sites in the world - Clear career orientation from managers - Flexible working time and dynamic working environment
