      Not only is the work itself incredibly satisfying, I get to work with the best and brightest of the industry. It’s a we (not me) culture. The collaboration, leadership, and transparency make Ampere stand out from all the rest.

      Cons

      There’s so much opportunity and potential to learn and grow and do, you want to go for it all.

      - We have a chance to work with the best engineers in semiconductor area - We can access every document. - We can learn a lot of things.

      The company is big. I guess many teams/employees are really good, but some teams/employees may not be good.
