      Interesting Experience - not for everybody

      Pros

      The business is very profitable and it would be easy to have a long career there.

      Cons

      There is a lot of conflict in management and that strife / unprofessional attitude trickles down and affects the individual contributors. Theirs is a culture of “us vs them” between the functions, groups, and even management to employee. Very tribal. The pay is low when compared to similar jobs within a moderate commute.
